CrediLinq Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. Before using any of our Services, you must read carefully and accept these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) found [here], and the CrediLinq Financing Terms and Conditions below (collectively, the “Terms”).
This website, mobile applications (if any), and related portals for loan applicants and platform partners (collectively, the “Sites” and “Platform”) are operated by CrediLinq A.i Pte. Ltd and its affiliates. “CrediLinq”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to CrediLinq A.i Pte. Ltd. and its related companies and affiliates.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Sites, Platform and/or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1
By using the Sites, Platform and/or services or registering for an account, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. By continuing to use the Sites, Platform and/or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2
You may also enter into other agreements with us. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any signed agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence. Financing offers are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
1.3
If you are acting on behalf of a business or legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. If you are not authorized, you may not use the Sites, Platform and/or services.
1.4
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our discretion and continued use of the Sites, Platform and/or services after any such modification or replacement shall be deemed to be acceptance of those new Terms.
2. Acceptable Use and Security
During the course of our service, we may utilize, process and/or disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes in and/or outside Singapore (“Permitted Purpose”):

You are solely responsible for how you and others using your account interact with the CrediLinq’s platform (“Platform”). You must use the Sites, Platform and/or services only for lawful purposes and must not:

Violate any laws or regulations
2.1.2
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
2.1.3
Infringe intellectual property or personal rights
2.1.4
Distribute malicious software or spam
2.1.5
Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Sites, Platform and/or services
2.2
Security breaches may result in legal consequences. We may cooperate with authorities to investigate violations.
3. Access and Use of Sites, Platform and Services
3.1
Upon registration, you gain access to the Sites, Platform and/or services and its features at our discretion. You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
3.2
We may limit access to the Sites, Platform and/or services based on geography, user type, or other criteria. New features may be introduced and will also be governed by these Terms.
3.3
You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.
3.4
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1
Our Platform may integrate services from third-party service providers so we may provide a seamless service to you. You understand that these are governed by separate agreements and CrediLinq does not provide any representations or warranties regarding those third-party services.
4.2
By using the Sites, Platform and/or services, you authorize us to share necessary information with all third-party service providers shared to CrediLinq and its affiliates.
4.3
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
5. Service Availability and Changes
5.1
Access to the Sites, Platform and/or services may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses or disruption caused by any downtime or service disruption.
5.2
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Sites, Platform and/or services at any time without notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
During the course of our service, we may utilize, process and/or disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes in and/or outside Singapore (“Permitted Purpose”):

You must not, when using the Sites, Platform and/or services:
6.1.1
Use the Sites, Platform and/or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
6.1.2
Exploit or resell the Sites, Platform and/or services
6.1.3
Upload harmful or infringing content
6.1.4
Attempt to bypass security measures
6.1.5
Use automated tools to extract data

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access.

You agree to provide accurate business and personal information and update it as needed. Failure to do so may affect service quality and functionality.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

We are not liable for any losses suffered by you or any third-party service providers in connection with the use of the Sites, Platform and/or services, whether direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential.
12. Additional Terms
12.1
Waiver and Severability: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights in connection with any breach thereof. If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still remain in effect.
12.2
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms will be resolved through the courts of Singapore.
